A field technician opening an app at 7 AM in the rain doesn't care about architecture diagrams. They just need it to work.
At Alliander those technicians were the users. A scheduling screen that was wrong by one field could cost one of them the whole morning. I build my own products because I like owning the whole problem, from deciding what to build to keeping it running once people depend on it.
